Outstanding 5-star hotel in a historic building on a hill directly on the estuary. The hotel offers all the amenities that guests expect in this category. In the spa area there is a heated indoor pool with various whirlpools, fitness room, sauna and steam bath. The breakfast buffet is rich, varied and good. Even with boiled shrimps and champagne! The hotel has two restaurants, one of which is a “gourmet temple”. The rooms are scrupulously clean and luxuriously furnished. The staff are extremely friendly and competent. We were picked up from the parking lot with an umbrella on arrival and directed to reception. We didn't have to worry about our luggage on arrival or departure.

The hotel is brand new as I found out yesterday. The size of the room is very nice. Very beautiful and artistic design. Very kind stuff that meet your needs over and beyond the expectations. I was one night last week and turned around my plans to come back again and stay 2 more nights before flying back home. As a previous 5 star hotelier I can tell a lot about the quality.

Exceptional choice and quality of the amenities, linen, ceramics and so many other details. We booked spa treatments which were performed professionally. The property has an interesting History...The grounds of the property are excellent...There is something for everyone here from the pool to the spa, it has it all...My room had everything I needed for an awesome stay...The staff are friendly and outgoing and go the extra distance to make your stay one to remember...Bonus was room upgrade!
